1. What Nootro is

Nootro is an educational, self-tracking tool that helps you log your supplement routine and how you feel, and surfaces patterns in your own data. It is not a medical device or service.

2. Not medical advice

Nootro does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and its content (including AI Coach responses and any insights) is for educational and informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, medication, or health regimen. Never disregard professional advice because of something you read in the app.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Nootro. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement.

Nootro and its content, design, and trademarks are owned by us. You’re granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t warrant that insights are accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances — they are estimates based on the data you enter.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, or for any health outcomes related to supplements you choose to take.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
